Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all items that meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be brand new, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, no items are excluded from returns as long as they meet the eligibility criteria above.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 50% of the item price may be applied.

The restocking fee depends on:

  • The condition of the returned item
  • The condition of the original packaging
  • Whether the item can be resold as new

The exact restocking fee (if any) will be determined after inspection of the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to our error, including:
    • Incorrect item sent
    • Defective item

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@humblecascade.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If the return is due to our error, please include photos when possible.

Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide return or replacement instructions at no cost to you.
