Shipping
All items will be shipped using standard USPS Ground Advantage. This will allow us to keep prices low while offering free shipping (on orders over $49). Due to unexpected events or delays by shipping couriers, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
Estimated shipping times will be 5-7 business days depending on your region, so please plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Restocking Fee
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item’s original purchase price. The exact restocking fee will be determined at our discretion based on the condition of the returned item(s).
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
- Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Inspection and Refunds
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Items returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition may be rejected or incur the maximum restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
