Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States (50 states).
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands)
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of the eligible locations will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. We do not currently offer expedited, overnight, or alternative shipping methods.
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $49 (before tax)
- Flat-rate shipping applies to orders under $49 (flat shipping cost will be $4.99)
There are no hidden handling fees. All shipping charges are clearly shown during checkout.
Order Processing and Tracking
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Issues & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Orders marked as delivered by USPS are considered successfully delivered.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our website and is consistent with the shipping options shown at checkout and in our product listings.
